has worked for over 30 years to accelerate the advancement of women leaders in the food industry. Based on the belief that work environments that create greater opportunities for women create greater opportunities for everyone.
Since its founding in 1989, WFF has provided unmatched leadership development, role modeling, and strategic networking for women to support the food industry in cultivating its next generation of leaders. In 2021, Other Tomorrows partnered with WFF to create a remarkable new experience for its annual leadership conference scheduled for March of 2022.
The WFF Leadership Conference, which has hosted up to 3000 attendees in recent years at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, is the organization’s most important annual member engagement and connects like-minded leaders in the foodservice industry. This year, the three-day in-person and virtual experience will provide professional development and provide awe-inspiring storytelling through keynote speeches that include American track and field Olympian Allyson Felix, CNN’s award-winning journalist Lisa Ling, and New York Times bestselling author and activist Glennon Doyle.
